🔞 شرایط احراز صلاحیت

👤 ثبت نام حساب کاربری

شما نمی‌توانید از حساب کاربری شخص دیگری استفاده کنید. نمی‌توانید دسترسی به حساب یا نام کاربری خود را بخرید، بفروشید، اجاره دهید یا قرض دهید. اطلاعات کاربری حساب خود را به اشتراک نخواهید گذاشت.

حساب کاربری و سرویس شما فقط برای استفاده شخصی شماست و نمی‌توان آن را برای هیچ فعالیت تجاری استفاده کرد، مانند:

🔐 امنیت حساب کاربری

📝 محتوای شما

🛡️ ایمنی و حفاظت از کودکان

Tolu به شدت بهره‌کشی و سوءاستفاده جنسی از کودکان (CSAE) را ممنوع می‌کند. ما استفاده از برنامه را برای به خطر انداختن کودکان ممنوع می‌کنیم، از جمله:

• تعامل نامناسب با کودک (مثلاً لمس یا نوازش نامناسب)
• آماده‌سازی کودک (مثلاً دوست شدن آنلاین با یک کودک برای تسهیل تماس جنسی)

🔚 مدت و خاتمه

• آدرس ایمیل اکانت (و هر آدرس ایمیل دیگری که ممکن است استفاده کرده باشید) را درج کنید

توجه: حذف از داخل برنامه معمولاً بلافاصله انجام می‌شود؛ رسیدگی به درخواست‌های ایمیلی ممکن است زمان بیشتری نیاز داشته باشد.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Users from around the world are responsible for compliance with all local, national, and international laws, regulations, and statutes applicable to their location. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose prohibited by the laws of your country of residence.

🔞 Eligibility

No part of the Service is directed to persons under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use the Service. Any use of the Service is void where prohibited. By accessing and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are currently eighteen (18) years of age or older
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement
• You have never been convicted of or pled no contest to a felony, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence
• You are not required to register as a sex offender with any government sex offender registry
• You do not have more than one account on our Service
• You have not previously been removed from our Service by us unless you have our express written permission to create a new account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password you designate during the registration process, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your username and password.

You agree to immediately notify Company of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your username or password or any other breach of security at info@tolu.dating.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS OR SCREENINGS ON USERS. COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF USERS OR THEIR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY CURRENT OR FUTURE USERS.

Company is not responsible for the conduct of any user. You understand, acknowledge, and assume all responsibility for your communications and interactions initiated through the Service.

📝 Your Content

You are solely responsible for the content and information that you post, upload, publish, link to, transmit, record, display or otherwise make available on the Service or transmit to other users, including text messages, chat, videos, photographs, or profile text.

You may not post any content that is offensive, inaccurate, incomplete, abusive, obscene, profane, threatening, intimidating, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another person's rights.

By posting Content as part of the Service, you automatically grant to the Company an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, worldwide right and license to use, copy, store, perform, display, reproduce, record, play, adapt, modify and distribute the Content.

🚫 Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account if you misuse the Service or behave inappropriately. Prohibited activities include:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit money from any users
• Post any prohibited content
• Send links/URLs in messages (links are not allowed)
• "Stalk" or otherwise harass any person
• Use the Service in an illegal manner
• Collect usernames/emails for sending unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the Service

Tolu strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit the use of our app to endanger children, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate interaction targeted at a child (e.g., groping or caressing)
• Child grooming (e.g., befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact)
• Sexualization of a minor (e.g., imagery that depicts or promotes sexual abuse of children)
• Sextortion (e.g., threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate images)
• Trafficking of a child (e.g., advertising or solicitation for commercial sexual exploitation)

Content containing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

🔚 Term and Termination

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have an account. You may disable your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in "Settings" in the Service.

We may terminate, ban, or suspend your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have breached this Agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in our sole discretion.

🗑️ Requesting Deletion of Your Data

You can delete your account from Settings in the Service. If you cannot access your account, you can email us to request deletion.

2. Include the email address on your account (and any other email addresses you may have used)

Note: In-app deletion is typically immediate. Email requests may take additional time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.

COMPANY DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE, SECURE OR THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

Tolu respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner
• Description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed

• Your address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized

Several states, including California, Florida, Michigan, and New York, require specific disclosures regarding background checks:

TOLU DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS USERS. We do not verify the background or record of users in sex offender registries. Please be cautious in all interactions.

California - Evaluation of Service

You may cancel your account, without penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of the third business day following the date you registered for the Service. To cancel, utilize the settings in your account or email us.

🏛️ Dispute Resolution

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver: You and Tolu agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
