• سازگاری: پاسخ‌های پرسشنامه/سؤالات روانشناسی (در صورت تکمیل)
• تنظیمات: ترجیحات اعلان‌ها و نمایش وضعیت آنلاین (در صورت فعال بودن)
• لینک‌های شبکه‌های اجتماعی (اختیاری): لینک فیسبوک/اینستاگرام/توییتر و وضعیت تأیید

محتوای رسانه‌ای

• عکس‌های پروفایل: چندین عکس، از جمله عکس چهره یا طبیعت
• فایل صوتی پروفایل: فایل صوتی اختیاری
• پیوست‌های گفتگو: عکس/ویدیو/صدا ارسال‌شده در پیام‌ها

داده‌های فعالیت

• سوایپ‌ها (لایک/دیسلایک)، Matchها، تاریخچه پیام‌ها (به همراه زمان‌ها و وضعیت خوانده‌شدن)، و درخواست‌های تماس و وضعیت پذیرش آن‌ها
• کاربرانی که مسدود (Block) می‌کنید

💳 اشتراک‌ها و پرداخت‌ها

اگر اشتراک پولی Tolu را از طریق Apple App Store یا Google Play خریداری کنید، پرداخت شما مستقیماً توسط همان فروشگاه انجام می‌شود و ما اطلاعات کامل کارت بانکی یا روش پرداخت شما را دریافت یا ذخیره نمی‌کنیم.

اطلاعاتی که برای مدیریت اشتراک دریافت می‌کنیم

• شناسه محصول اشتراک و پلتفرم خرید (Apple یا Google)
• وضعیت اشتراک، زمان شروع، زمان انقضا یا تمدید
• شناسه تراکنش/رسید یا توکن خرید برای اعتبارسنجی اشتراک

نحوه استفاده از این اطلاعات

• فعال‌سازی یا حفظ دسترسی به امکانات اشتراک
• اعتبارسنجی خرید، پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده و پشتیبانی مشتری

مدیریت تمدید خودکار، لغو اشتراک و تغییرات پرداخت از طریق حساب Apple App Store یا Google Play شما انجام می‌شود، نه از داخل Tolu.

👥 اشتراک‌گذاری اطلاعات

با سایر کاربران

برخی از اطلاعات پروفایل شما برای سایر کاربران قابل مشاهده است، از جمله:

• نام و عکس‌های پروفایل
• سن و موقعیت مکانی (شهر)
• بیوگرافی و اطلاعات "درباره من"

توجه: آدرس ایمیل شما هیچ‌گاه برای سایر کاربران نمایش داده نمی‌شود.

با اشخاص ثالث

🗑️ حذف اطلاعات

شما می‌توانید هر زمان که بخواهید اکانت خود را حذف کنید:

• به بخش تنظیمات در برنامه بروید
• گزینه "حذف حساب کاربری" را انتخاب کنید
• یا با ارسال ایمیل به info@tolu.dating درخواست حذف دهید

با حذف اکانت، اطلاعات حساب و تعاملات شما (مانند سوایپ‌ها، Matchها، پیام‌ها، درخواست‌های تماس، بلاک‌ها و گزارش‌ها) از پایگاه داده اصلی ما حذف می‌شود.

توجه: برخی اطلاعات ممکن است برای مدت محدودی در لاگ‌های امنیتی، نسخه‌های پشتیبان، یا فضای ذخیره‌سازی رسانه باقی بماند و با تأخیر حذف شود.

📅 نگهداری داده‌ها

ما اطلاعات شما را تا زمانی که حساب کاربری فعالی دارید نگه می‌داریم. در صورت توقف موقت (Pause)، اطلاعات حفظ می‌شود اما پروفایل از نمایش مخفی می‌شود. پس از حذف حساب:

📊 Information We Collect

Account & Login

• Email: Required for account creation and login
• Password: Stored as a bcrypt hash (we do not store plaintext passwords)
• Name: Optional display name

Profile Information

• Basics: Age/birthday, gender, pronouns, location, zip code, country
• About you: Bio, languages spoken, interests
• Preferences: Sexual orientation, relationship intent, interested in, has/wants kids, religion
• Background & lifestyle: Education, occupation, employment status, salary range, height/weight, drinking/smoking, pets
• Compatibility: Optional psychology questionnaire answers
• Settings: Notification preferences and online status visibility
• Social links (optional): Facebook/Instagram/Twitter URLs and verification status

Media Content

• Profile photos: Multiple photos, including nature photos or photos of yourself
• Profile audio: Optional audio recording on your profile
• Chat attachments: Photos, videos, and audio you share in conversations

Activity Data

• Swipes (likes/dislikes), matches, messages (timestamps and read receipts), and call requests with their acceptance status
• Blocks and reports
• Last-seen updates (if online status is enabled)

Technical Data

• IP address, browser/device info, and usage patterns for security and rate limiting
• Local storage: Authentication token and some settings/filters stored on your device
• Push notifications (if enabled): Push subscription data such as endpoint and keys

🎯 How We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving Tolu services
• Displaying suitable profiles based on your preferences
• Supporting likes, direct messaging, and mutually accepted calls between users
• Sending notifications about likes, matches, call requests, and new messages
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse
• Detecting and preventing spam, scams, impersonation, fake accounts, and unauthorized use using signals such as IP address, device information, and usage patterns
• Reviewing and responding to user reports
• Communicating with you about service changes

💳 Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a paid Tolu subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment is processed directly by that storefront. We do not receive or store your full payment card details or other full billing credentials.

Subscription data we receive

• Subscription product identifier and purchase platform (Apple or Google)
• Subscription status, start date, and expiration or renewal date
• Transaction identifier, receipt data, or purchase token used to validate the subscription

How we use subscription data

• Enable and maintain access to subscription features
• Validate purchases, prevent abuse, and provide customer support
• Maintain accounting, security, and internal audit records

Auto-renewal management, cancellation, refund handling, and payment method changes are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, not inside Tolu.

👥 Information Sharing

With Other Users

Some of your profile information is visible to other users, including:

• Name and profile photos
• Age and location (city)
• Biography and "About Me" information

Note: Your email address is never shown to other users.

With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share information only in the following cases:

• Service Providers: Companies that help us provide services (such as hosting and email)
• Legal Requirements: When necessary to comply with the law or respond to legal requests
• Security: To protect the rights, safety, and security of users

We do not rent, trade, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.

🛡️ Content Moderation

To maintain the safety of the Tolu community, we:

• Review user reports
• Use automated systems to identify inappropriate content
• May automatically or manually review profile photos, uploaded media, profile text, messages, and other in-app content for safety, anti-spam, anti-fraud, investigation, and enforcement purposes
• May review messages in response to abuse reports, spam signals, or security concerns
• Suspend or delete accounts that violate rules

By creating an account or using the Service, you consent to these moderation and safety review practices as described in this Policy.

🔐 Data Security

We take multiple security measures to protect your information:

• Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (not plaintext)
• Access is limited to authorized personnel and systems
• Logging and rate limiting help detect and prevent abuse
• Regular backups are maintained

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and operational safeguards designed to keep your data secure and to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Despite our efforts, no system is 100% secure. You also contribute to security by protecting your password.

• Edit: Update or remove profile information in the app
• Pause: Temporarily hide your profile from discovery
• Delete: Request deletion of your account
• Privacy settings: Manage notifications and online status visibility
• Safety: Block or report other users
• Access: Request a copy of your data

🗑️ Data Deletion

You can delete your account anytime you want:

• Go to Settings in the app
• Select "Delete Account"
• Or send an email to info@tolu.dating requesting deletion

When you delete your account, we remove your account and related activity (such as swipes, matches, messages, call requests, blocks, and reports) from our primary database.

Note: Some information may remain for a limited time in security logs, backups, or media storage and may be deleted with delay.

📅 Data Retention

We keep your information as long as you have an active account. If you pause your account, your data is retained but your profile is hidden from discovery. After account deletion:

• Account information and most activity data are removed from our primary database
• Some anonymous statistical data may be retained to improve the service
• Information related to abuse reports may be retained for a longer period

🇺🇸 Your U.S. Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of the United States, you may have additional rights:

Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA)

As a Texas resident, under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, you have the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
• Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you.
• Opt-out of the processing of personal data for targeted advertising or sale.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are located outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers are located. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer onto servers operated by Tachara LLC.

🔞 Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Tolu strictly adheres to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.
